1. Are your products available for purchase online?
Currently, our Print‑on‑Demand (POD) items are displayed as “Preview Only (Not for Sale Yet)”. They are shown for inspiration and storytelling purposes while we update our business classification. Physical products such as leather goods, souvenirs, and travel items are available for purchase directly in our Florence shop.

3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, online shipping is not enabled for POD items. Once sales are activated, we will offer shipping within Italy, across the EU, and internationally through trusted Print‑on‑Demand partners.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?
- In‑store purchases: Returns are accepted within 14 days with the original receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging.  
- Preview‑only POD items: Not eligible for return or refund, as they are not yet available for sale.
